ARTICLE 7 - RECOGNITION OF DECISIONS

7.1 Decisions and sanctions of the ICC shall be recognised, respected and enforced by the BCCI in the geographical jurisdiction of the BCCI automatically upon receipt of notice of the same, without the need for further formality. 7.2 Decisions and sanctions of the BCCI that are within the jurisdiction of the BCCI's jurisdiction shall be recognised and respected by the ICC, IPL or CLT20 Teams, Member Cricket Associations and their members and other National Cricket Federations (including in respect of any matches, tournaments or other events sanctioned by such National Cricket Federation), automatically upon receipt of notice of the same, without the need for further formality.
