ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATION PERIODS

8.1 No action may be commenced under this Anti-Corruption Code against a Participant for an offence under the Anti-Corruption Code more than eight years after the date on which that offence occurred. 8.2 The BCCI may at its sole discretion temporarily suspend investigations under this Anti-Corruption Code to avoid prejudice to, and/or to give precedence to, investigations conducted by other relevant authorities into the same or related matters.
