ARTICLE 9 RECOGNITION OF DECISIONS 9.1 Any hearing results or other final adjudications under the Code of Conduct shall be recognised and respected by BCCI and the Franchiseesautomatically upon receipt of notice of the same, without the need for any further formality. Each of BCCI and the Franchiseesshall take all steps legally available to it to enforce and give effect to such decisions. 9.2 It shall be a condition of participation in the League that all Franchisees shallcomply with the Code of Conduct. e.
