Media Advisory Code of Conduct Breach Ravichandran Ashwin of the Chennai Super Kings has been fined 5% of his match fee for the Level 1 offence of showing dissent at an umpire’s decision (Article 2.1.3) in today’s match at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai against Kings XI Punjab. Mr Ashwin admitted the offence and accepted the sanction. In accordance with the IPL Code of Conduct and being a Level 1 breach, the Match Referee's decision is final and binding.
