Media Advisory Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni has been fined after the team maintained a slow over rate during this evening’s Pepsi IPL match against Kolkata Knight Riders in Chennai. At the end of the match, Chennai Super Kings were assessed to be two overs behind the required rate after allowances were taken into consideration. Since it was his first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Mr. Dhoni was fined US$20,000.
