He bettered his own record of 25-ball fifty against Chennai Super Kings at Ranchi in 2014. 65 Runs scored by Sunrisers Hyderabad in the powerplay overs – most they have scored in first six overs in the IPL. They had made 64 against Chennai Super Kings at Ranchi in 2014. This was also the best effort by any side in IPL2015 beating Chennai Super Kings’ 59 against Delhi Daredevils. 200 Sixes hit by Chris Gayle in the IPL – first batsman to accomplish this feat. The second most are 134 by Suresh Raina. Incidentally Gayle was also the first to hit 100 sixes in the IPL. 211.11 David Warner’s strike-rate in the match (57 runs off 27 balls) – his highest in an innings of 50 or more in the IPL.
